About Us

Cambridge Information Ltd - (previously Cambridge CD-ROM Ltd) has roots going back over 30 years to 1983 when we published our first laser disc. In 1991 we moved from our Cambridge office, which we had outgrown, to our current rural location near Stowmarket.

This website and online catalogue are primarily for Schools, Libraries and Educational establishments in the United Kingdom wishing to obtain online subscriptions.

Our aim is to offer a ONE STOP service specialising in providing electronic and print resources.

Cambridge Information has supplied more than 7500 customers across all sectors and handles over 1500 titles from more than 100 of the World's leading publishers, and prides itself on offering a personal service.

Complete Subscription Management
Cambridge Information is a subscription agent for electronic and print based media, and currently handles over 2000 serial/periodical subscriptions. Services offered include mid-subscription changes, co-ordination of multi-site ordering and invoicing, automatic subscription renewals or reminders.

Cambridge Information Online Catalogue
Offers a wide range of electronic media primarily for educational and library users but is by no means definitive, and is not a full listing of material that can be supplied by us.

Certain specialist publications often required by Government departments are excluded from our Online Catalogue, as they would be of little or no interest to other market sectors. Publications of this nature often have complex and variable pricing structures which need to be negotiated with publishers on a case by case basis.
